We are committed to providing campers with a safe and nurturing environment that allows them to be challenged while broadening their horizons and building self esteem. As educators committed to lifelong learning, we truly see the summer as an invaluable opportunity for kids to go beyond the limitations of a classroom by challenging themselves physically and mentally while engaging in new experiences.
Our goal is not to just keep your kids occupied; we want them to experience, to learn and enjoy themselves every step of the way. We want our campers to be exposed to culture, not simply as observers, but as active participants. Through a balanced program of Outdoor Adventures, Cultural Encounters and Exhilarating Experiences we engage them in the locations cultural diversity: food, music, sports, & history.
We also believe that the summer is the perfect time for kids to get out there and use all that energy. They won’t be spending their whole summer on line for roller coasters or sitting in the movie theatre, they will be active!. We want to give them the opportunity to challenge themselves physically: to rock climb, hike, canoe, camp, swim, mountain bike. It isn’t about just doing something else. It is about doing something different. We are successful when your kids come home after a Canteen Roads summer with new skills and physical abilities that help build their confidence.
CExploring with Canteen Roads will give your children the ability to see some of the greatest places that America has to offer with a different, new perspective.
