Maine Street

Maine & Boston

Week 1: June 28th – July 2nd, 2010

What better way to spend our first week of camp than riding Nightwing or Superman at Six Flags New England followed by a sun-soaked day on Crescent Beach.   LL Bean will show us how to kayak.  We cannot visit Maine without a proper lobster dinner on the water to prepare us for our morning of whale watching on the ocean.  Later in the week, we will head back south to Beantown and visit the best Boston has to offer.  After a tour of Fenway Park and dinner at Cheers we will laugh the night away with Shear Madness @ the Kennedy Center. We will tour the esteemed Harvard Square and Harvard University. Shopping and eating through the famed Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market will round out a fantastic first week.

Capes and Bays

Dewey Beach, Cape May, Ocean City, Maryland

Week 2: July 5th – July 9th, 2010

Put your bathing suits on because our week will begin sliding down Cannonball and Zephyrus at Hurricane Harbor.  Once in Ocean City we will hit the beach to boogey board, Beach Tennis, sunbathe and parasail! The day would not be complete without a few hours hanging out in Trimpers’ Famous Boardwalk Amusements and biking the famous boardwalk.  You cannot visit the bays of Maryland without crabbing, followed by a delicious seafood dinner at the famous Phillips Restaurant.   We will visit Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches, take a ride on the Cape May Ferry and visit the amazing wild horses of the Assateague Island National Seashore.

Country Roads

The Great Smoky Mountains, Pigeon Forge and Nashville, TN

Week 3: July 12th – July 16th, 2010

All aboard, because we are headed to Music City, USA.  Nashville!  We will start in Pigeon Forge, at Tennessee’s number one attraction, Dollywood.  With the spectacular backdrop of the Great Smoky Mountains we will whitewater raft on the Pigeon River.    Of course, when in Nashville we will make our own CD recording @ the famous RCA Studio B!   Too much excitement? We will really relax at our beautiful mountain-side resort with a mid-afternoon horseback ridethrough the Great Smokey Mountains.  At night we will take the thrills of NASCAR speedpark.
